We offer Group Rides, Development Clinics, 1:1 Coaching, Cycling Tours are just a few things this Cycling Club offers. Come join us as we ride, get fit, explore and Cycle with Purpose.
The CIS: Cycling Club is part of a broader cycling program called CIS: Training Systems that includes a Racing Team, Endurance Cycling and Health & Wellness Program.
Structured format for all group rides. We stress that these are no NO DROP rides. We leave no rider behind.

GROUP A: SATURDAY MORNING – 9W TRAINING RIDE TO PIERMONT – TRAIN WITH THE FIRST TEAMRIDE SCHEDULE
Time: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Promptly)
Location: Base of the Brooklyn Bridge
Mileage: 67 – 75 miles
Pace: 16.0 – 18.0 mph (Fast Paced and Consistent)
Structure: We Leave No Rider Behind, Double Pace Line with some hard efforts.
Group B: Sunday Morning – Development Ride:

Mileage: 25 – 30 Miles
Pace: Casual (Social and Development)
Structure: Single and Double Pace Line
